Official opening of TCNJ Campus Town, a $120 million public-private partnership between the college and developer PRC Group.
Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno (who is currently serving as Acting Governor) greets returning TCNJ students Emily Bauer, right and Courtney Pfeifer, center. The two students will be living in Campus Town.
