Wearing white shirts, Princeton University students Ray Chao, left and Brandon Holt are spearheading the "Ban the Box" campaign from the student angle. Ban the box is about making it illegal for employers to demand to know whether a job applicant has been arrested before or convicted of any crime. The box is the place where an applicant puts a checkmark on the job application. Other students involved in the effort are from left, Grace Fish, Laura Harder, Ryan Low, Taylor Hinokosa and Shawon Jackson. Not pictured is Joel Simwinga.
