With three of its top players either injured, at a travel hockey tournament or on a previously scheduled family trip, the undermanned Spartans couldn’t keep up with cross-town rival Hamilton, which skated to a 3-0 victory during the first round of the Hamilton Hornet Holiday Invitational Tournament at the Loucks Ice Center at the Lawrenceville School.
