Chef Matt McElmoyl, owner and executive chef of Oliver a bistro, in Bordentown, New Jersey, works with students at Mercer County Community College’s Career Training Institute culinary program in Trenton. McElmoyl was selected among 5,000 chefs as one of the nation’s top culinary talents for the inaugural edition of the book Best Chefs America and he also works as an adjunct professor at Mercer.
