The Woodland Vase, part of a four-piece set of vases produced for the 1904 World's Fair in St. Louis, that many local historians consider the finest pottery to come out of Trenton's ceramic history, was thought to have been lost or destroyed for decades, until it recently surfaced in a California auction.
