Dr. Steven G. Safran, American Board Certified, Fellowship-trained Cornea Specialist, performed surgery on a patient who came all the way from Australia specifically to have Dr. Safran perform the surgery. The patient is John Henry Pascoe, Chief Judge of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia.
