PRINCETON - Tuesday, July 21, 2015
The members of the So Percussion Ensemble, whose Summer Institute is in Princeton all week, are coordinating a volunteer event to package 20,000 ready-to-cook, nutritionally balanced macaroni and cheese meals for food-insecure people who turn to the pantries of The Crisis Ministry of Mercer County. The materials for the meals are provided by the international organization Outreach. Volunteer Mabel Treuting, 2 1/2, helps placing sealed bags into cartons. Mabel is the daughter of So Percussion member Jason Treuting. Another So Percussion member, Josh Quillen is at left.
