PRINCETON - Tuesday, July 21, 2015
The members of the So Percussion Ensemble, whose Summer Institute is in Princeton all week, are coordinating a volunteer event to package 20,000 ready-to-cook, nutritionally balanced macaroni and cheese meals for food-insecure people who turn to the pantries of The Crisis Ministry of Mercer County. The materials for the meals are provided by the international organization Outreach. Volunteers fill bags with measured amounts of ingredients.
