D&R Greenway Land Trust is working with seven partners to create Capital City Farm, an urban farm to serve inner-city residents in Trenton. In the beginning, the farm will serve those TASK, Escher Street SRO (a nearby homeless shelter), New Horizon Treatment Services and the Rescue Mission.
