Nineteen -year-old Tré Lane was shot to death while standing on a front porch on New Willow Street early Saturday morning. Lane’s family and other community members attended a Citizens' Police Advisory Committee (CPAC) meeting at police headquarters on Monday, September 24, 2012. The meeting was originally planned for Shiloh Baptist Church, but Police Director Ralph Rivera Jr. asked to have it moved to the previously scheduled CPAC meeting so he and the CPAC members could be part of the discussion, Martin Griff / The Times of Trenton.
