Ambitious proposal for long vacant former American Cyanamid site

A proposal envisions about 2,000 housing units, retail and office space, walking trails and parks and potential sites for a hotel and school on the 653-acre former American Cyanamid complex which has become overgrown with weeda and brush. A tree has broken through the ceiling of a greenhouse.
