Mercer County Executive Brian Hughes delivers remarks at the The Mercer County Dempster Fire Training Academy which has implemented upgrades including the purchase of a 40-foot Haz Mat tanker to simulate fuel oil and Haz Mat spills and added thermal insulation to protect the brick and mortar of buildings containing live burn rooms.
