LAWRENCE - Monday, June 12, 2017 The Mercer County Dempster Fire Training Academy has implemented upgrades including the purchase of a 40-foot Haz Mat tanker to simulate fuel oil and Haz Mat spills and added thermal insulation to protect the brick and mortar of buildings containing live burn rooms.
