It has been an honor and a privilege for the last four/five years to assist in this solemn service in the honoring of the decommishing of many "Old Glory". For me, being a Veteran and having served our State and County for over 26 years. I remember close relatives; my father Richard Rosenthal, my father in law, Bernard Segen, and my son in law's father Michael Sweeney.
Our American should be dealt with dignity. There is a proper protocol in displaying and flying the greatest flag in the world.
