Mitch Mendler, president of World Memorial Foundation stops by the State House with a huge American flag on a tour called The Star Spangled Banner Project - 50 States in 50 Months. The flag was unfurled and held with the cooperation of Trenton firefighters, and a group of children and teachers from 4th grade at Monmouth Beach School who happened to be there for a tour of the State House.
