#NJCounts 2017 surveys homeless
TRENTON - Wednesday, January 25, 2017
#NJCounts 2017 surveys people throughout Mercer County as part of #NJ Counts 2017, the statewide point-in-time count of the homeless.
Ronald Doggett, center, talks about his living space to volunteers Jade Kimbrough, left and Minerva Verdant, both from Oaks Integrated Care. Doggett has been living at the base of a condemned parking garage on E. Front St. for two years. After the last snow this year, he says a "guy from the Sheriff's Office" came buy and gave him the tent, a pump and an air mattress and set it up for him.
