Trenton City Council President George Muschal sworn in as acting mayor by Municipal Court Judge Gregory Williams.State Superior Court Judge Mary Jacobson ruled today that convicted Mayor Tony Mack is in violation of state law and can no longer hold office effective immediately, granting the request to remove Mack filed by the state Office of the Attorney General.
