Pop-up parklet a first for Trenton

TRENTON - Friday, September 16, 2016
Trenton participates in Park(ing) Day for the first time in its history, with a pop-up parklet at 128 West State Café, the new downtown coffee shop across from the State House. The parklet is a project of Isles, Inc. and the Trenton Historic Development Collaborative (THDC). Trenton Mayor Eric Jackson, holding mic, welcomes visitors to the parklet. With him from left, are Isles Consultant Iana Dikijieva, John Gordon, of Isles., Inc. (Jackson) Councilwoman Marge Caldwell-Wilson and Julia Taylor also of Isles., Inc.
