Riickeema "Gloria" Potter said she hasn't been able to send her 3-year-old autistic son Mahkeen Wisseh to school this year because the district refuses to send a bus, which is qualify for because of his special needs, to the daycare facility that provides before and after school care. Potter said she would have to quit her job to be at home with her son at the time the bus picks and drops him off. Other parents have complained that the district cannot meet their students' needs and refuses to send them out of district. Martin Griff / The Times of Trenton
