Bordentown block transforms for Halloween

BORDENTOWN - Monday, October 17, 2017
Bordentown's Thompson Street is decorated in a theme for Halloween for the 15th year. Frank Rios, who co-founded the tradition with partner Pat Patrizio, in their backyard with a giant home-made crocodile.
