The National Arena League (NAL) Jersey Flight Football Team introduces their head coach Jake Grande and officially launches the non-profit organization Jersey Flight Community. New Jersey native Jake Grande, the first Jersey Flight Head Coach. Grande was Assistant Head Coach and Defensive Coordinator for the Arena Football League Jacksonville Sharks when they won the Arena Bowl Championship in 2010.
