Bordentown resident Harry Havens, 88, was honored in the Hamilton Township, New Jersey office of Congressman Chris Smith for his heroic service in combat in WW II earning him, among other honors, the Distinguished Service Cross and the Silver Star. Smith presented him with his POW medal.
