Return trip to the scene where a State Police officer shot a 14-year-old boy last weekend.
Rhonda Tirado (who did not wish to be frontally photographed) points to the spot next to a house on Louise Ln. where she says she saw police shoot a 14-year-old boy on the evening of Friday, August 7. Tirado, who lives across Calhoun St in the North 25 housing complex on Calhoun St. said she witnessed the whole event.
