Kenny Williams grew up in Trenton but spent most of his time elsewhere, until 2005 when his sister was living in Donnelly Homes and he was shocked when he went to visit her only to find there were shootouts in the street right outside and drugs and guns for sale everywhere. He got the idea to help the teens affiliated with gangs in the public housing facility and began Urban Warfare and tried to educate them and get them jobs. Eight years later the program is still going strong. Martin Griff / The Times of Trenton
