At Plumsted Animal Hospital in Cream Ridge, Dana Panacek, vice-president of NJ Pet Rescue of Mercer, with a male chihuahua mix rescue dog named "Donner" who was the subject of severe abuse which resulted in its hips being detached from its pelvic bone. Pet Rescue has already paid for the dog's two surgeries. They're looking for donations and a forever home for the dog, who they named after one of Santa's reindeer.
