Construction work progresses on The Gardens at Birmingham at 1460 Parkway Avenue, in Ewing, New Jersey, adjacent to Marrazzo’s supermarket and across from the site of the former General Motors plant. The project is a 48-unit affordable housing development that will offer a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units.
