WEST WINDSOR - Thursday, April 30, 2015 Judy Goetz. who lives across S. Post Rd. from Mercer County Park, hired landscapers to prepare her backyard to host her niece's wedding and even sent out invitations after she checked and found out nothing big was scheduled at the park on that date, but now it turns out there will be a concert by boy band R5, which Goetz contends ruined her plans.
