Approximately 2,600 cupcakes were made by students, staff, parents and friends for Allentown High School's 2nd Annual Cupcake Challenge. The finalist entrants will have their creations judged at a bake-off on Wednesday, April 4. The cupcakes are sold as a fundraiser for the school's Character Ed Connection.
