A vacant lot is the future site of The Whittaker, a 40-unit luxury condominium project on South Broad Street, which borders the Mill Hill section. Construction on phase one of the project is expected to start in the next few weeks. The Whittaker is one of several luxury or lofts-style projects planned for South Broad Street and the area near the Sun Center.
