Rivergate at Bordentown, a new 159-unit luxury rental apartment complex nearing completion, part of the $300 million, 98-acre redevelopment project called Bordentown Waterfront Community, located along the Delaware River waterfront at the point where Burlington Rd merges into Rt 130. Some residents of two developments, Grande at Crystal Lake and Bradford Pointe Apartments, across Burlington Rd are opposed to a proposed Quick Chek with gas station which would be part of the project.
