The Jewish Community Center under Construction on Clarksville Road in West Windsor on Wednesday July 3, 2013. The Jewish Community Center won unanimous approval back in 2007 for a $28.5 million campus, which was supposed to be completed at the end of 2012. Now, with only a couple weeks of construction left, the project has stopped and builder Constanza Builders is suing those involved with the project. Martin Griff / The Times of Trenton
